1) BOOKING FEE: A booking fee of 80% is required to secure the date. Dates are reserved only

when the booking fee is paid. This sum will apply towards the contract fee.

2) PAYMENTS: The balance of the payment for the services contracted for must be paid for 10 days

before the wedding date. Payment for additional photographs and albums is made when these are

ordered. Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the Client.

3) CANCELLATION: In the event of the Client cancelling a booking for an event Photo Gallery reserves

the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 25% of Contract Amount.

4) DELIVERY TIMES: Approx delivery time is minimum 45*days after event date.

5) MODEL RELEASE: The Client hereby grants PP Photographs & Films and its legal representatives unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.

6) PHOTOGRAPHER: The Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in

the event of Photographer's illness or of scheduling conflicts

7) TAXES: The Prices Mentioned are exclusive of any taxes.

8) DATA: In case of loss of the digital data due to corrupting of hard drive/memory card the client won't be charged for the particular job.

9) DELAY: Delay in arrival time of the team due to natural reasons being Traffic, rains, Accidents, etc PP Photographs & Films won't be liable for the Delay.

10) The Data will be Maintained for 6 Months after the Wedding Date. After 6 Months we are not responsible for Maintainance of data.
